Shipping

We are shipping your orders as fast and as safely as possible.  The estimated ship times are 2-5 days from when your order was placed. We appreciate your time and patience. We are working around the clock to get these orders out to you!.

 Free shipping in Canada on all orders over $100. The free shipping is based on a $100 total (before tax) after any discounts have been taken.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. The carrier will then deliver it you with their timeframe.

Any packages shipped back to NINE Rounds as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of the return by a customer support representative. The delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and will be payable through the original payment method.

For orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes charged on the delivery of their orders.
